Stunning little Mexican book of prayer with impressive decorations.

 

This antique prayer book consists of a book cover made of hand-cut mother-of-pearl with carved Jesus Carrying the Cross, a handmade brass brooch with a flower. The stunning motif that is printed on them (best seen in picture 4) makes this prayer book simply majestic.
