A Champagne Tap is designed to save carbonation in the bottle of Champagne and Soda’s. This taps design with a unique valve stop. Made of nickel-plated brass and a steel center spike. This tap is in wonderful condition for its age.

The word Trocar refers to the type of tap, this is a two-piece tap with removable center spike. Screw the tap through the Champagne cork, then pull and remove the center spike section of the tap. Closing the side valve, inverting the bottle, turn side valve knob to release the champagne.
