This Fabergé pendant, a rare and historically significant piece, was crafted by the renowned master builder Phillip Theodore Ringe. Its creation dates from the second half and late 19th century in St. Petersburg, Russian Empire. Phillip Theodore Ringe (initials T.R.) was Faberge's master builder. Philip Theodor Ringe was a Livonian goldsmith and jeweler and Fabergé's master builder. An He was born in Riga, Livonia, in 1824. He ran a small workshop at 12 Malaya Morskaya, St. Petersburg, where he produced modest enameled items (seals, umbrella handles, thermometers, belt buckles, miniature Easter eggs, and candy dishes) in gold and silver. He was a Fabergé worker with the mark "T.R." The master builder's initials "T.R." and the Russian Imperial silver standard "84" were engraved on the loop.
