History of SWIFT & ANDERSON:
In 1926 Robert W Swift co-founded a binocular importing company called Swift & Anderson. They also imported weather instruments. In 1959 the name was changed to Swift Instrument Company. They currently are called Swift Optical Instruments and are a supplier of microscopes and other laboratory optics. I believe they are a division of Fisher Scientific.
